I saw the post on Consumerist about your problem with your Sony TV. I’m having the exact same problem and issues with customer support. I’d appreciate it if you could contact me with any suggestions and if you have any customer support numbers you could share. I can’t get past the initial support people who aren’t willing to help.

Hi Scott,
I am looking for any help with Sony and the same problem you had with a 46″ LCD.
First they replaced the LCD board now the sound board I am told is bad and has to be replaced at my cost ($500.00) any help with phone numbers would be very helpful.

Sorry to hear about your issues with Sony, Roger. I don’t have any phone numbers any more but I would suggest you see if you can find Sony on Twitter and contact them. That’s one of the ways I tried to contact them. Good luck!
