HPC Midweek Workouts

For those LARD members that are interested, I’ll be posting the HPC midweek workouts in the “LARDOnly” tab on this site.

Typically, there’s a run/tempo workout, a weekend-style workout, and a weight lifting circuit every week.  I’ve been doing these workouts the last few weeks and they are just as dynamic, challenging, and fun as the weekend workouts.

With help from some of you (Lori & Jesse), I’ve identified that there is an issue with using this site in Internet Explorer.   For some reason, the password won’t work if you use IE.  Using Firefox seems to eliminate the problem.

I’ll get the workouts for the week posted Sunday night/early Monday morning.
