Under the Seal Beach Pier

November 17, 2010

After a recent LARD Directors’ Meeting in Long Beach, I went down to Seal Beach to see if I could make an image when the lighting was not “optimal” (optimal light is around sunrise/sunset). I combined three exposures then tweaked using Photoshop CS5 and various Topaz plugins.

This is what I came up with.  In retrospect, I should have taken a few more under exposed images so that some of the clouds would not be blown out.
